- 4 drops blue food coloring
- 4 cups whipped topping
- 2 cups white mini marshmallows
- 3 cups blueberries
Steps
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, one-third cup sugar, and softened butter, then press the mixture into a 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Stir the blue gelatin into 1 cup boiling water until completely dissolved, then cool it briefly.
- Beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth, then mix in the food coloring and cooled gelatin.
- Fold in the whipped topping, marshmallows, and blueberries, then spread the mixture over the crust.
