Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup ritz crackers or 1 cup sociables cracker
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 cloves garlic or 2 teaspoons of christopher ranch chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- salt & pepper
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and oil a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Crush the crackers into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Mix in the beef, eggs, parsley, garlic, Parmesan, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them in the pan.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the centers reach 160 F.
