Ingredients
- 1/3 lb ground beef
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- basil for garnish (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and lightly oil a 12-cup muffin pan.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, breaking it up until it reaches 160 F.
- Stir the marinara sauce into the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, then add beef sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella.
- Add a second wrapper and repeat the layers, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then cool the lasagna cups for 2 minutes before removing them.
