- 19 oz pizza dough
- 1 8 ounce chicken breast cut into bite-sized chunks
- 6 5/8 slices inch fresh mozzarella
- 3 1/2 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
- Heat a grill to 400°F.
- Grill the bacon for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp, then chop it.
- Grill the chicken pieces for 6 to 8 minutes until they reach 165°F.
- Stretch the dough and spread barbecue sauce over the surface.
- Add chicken, bacon, mozzarella, onion, and parmesan to the dough.
- Grill the pizza for 10 to 12 minutes with the lid closed until the crust is cooked and the cheese melts.
