- 1 large banana

- spinkling vanilla extract
- 1 tsp oil
- 25 g pecan nuts
- 125 g raspberries
Steps
- Mash the banana with the eggs, baking powder, and vanilla until smooth.
- Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour small rounds of batter into the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for 2 more minutes, until firm and cooked through.
