- 3 1/2 russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
- 1 pinch each sea salt + black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 450 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment or oil.
