Ingredients
- 2 corn arepa filled with mozarella cheese
- 1 fried ripe bananas
- 1 can black beans
- 1 pico de gallo sauce
- 2 kg shredded meat
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Steps
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, then warm the arepas for 4 minutes per side.
- Warm the shredded meat in a covered skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring twice.
- Heat the black beans with salt and pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat for 6 minutes.
- Fry the banana pieces in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes per side.
- Warm the chopped tomato and pico de gallo together in the bean saucepan for 2 minutes.
- Cook ground meat until it reaches 160 F inside.
- Fill the arepas with meat, beans, banana, tomato mixture, and pico de gallo, then serve hot.
