- 5 oz fresh baby spinach
- 1 1/2 oranges
- 1 apple
- 2/7 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 3 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice
- 1/4 tsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Whisk the blood orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice, avocado oil, garlic, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Peel and segment the oranges, then slice the apple.
