Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
Steps
- Mix the ground chicken, grated onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into four even patties and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 F for 3 minutes.
- Place the patties in the basket in one layer.
