Ingredients
- 12 oreos
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp nutella
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)
Steps
- Crush the Oreos, stir them with melted butter, and divide the crumbs among six small glasses.
- Whip 1 1/3 cups heavy cream with 4 tablespoons sugar and cocoa until firm peaks form.
- Beat the cream cheese, Nutella, and vanilla in another bowl until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until no streaks remain.
- Spoon the mousse over the cookie crumbs and chill for 60 minutes.
- Whip the remaining cream with 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and spoon it over the mousse before serving.
