Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp 2% milk
- 1 carton frozen whipped topping
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 cup cold 2% milk
- 2 packages (3 2/5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Steps
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and 1 tablespoon milk in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Whisk the cold milk and pudding mixes in a second bowl for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves until smooth.
- Fold the pumpkin mixture into the cream cheese mixture, spread it in the crust, and chill for 5 minutes.
- Top the pie with the remaining whipped topping.
