Ingredients
- 10 graham crackers
- 3 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tsp 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (optional)
- 16 oz philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 pinches sea salt
Steps
- Crush the graham crackers, then mix them with melted butter, brown sugar, and salt.
- Press the crust into a greased six-inch pan and chill it for 5 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese, white sugar, sour cream, cornstarch, vanilla, salt, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust, set the pan on a rack over water, and cook at high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then cool the cheesecake before removing it from the pan.
