Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumb
- 1/3 cup small onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 oz spaghetti
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter.
- Cook the spaghetti in water until tender, then drain it.
- Mix the evaporated milk, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, and beef until combined.
- Press the beef mixture into the pie plate and bake it for 20 minutes.
- Toss the spaghetti with the butter, egg, and Parmesan cheese.
- Fill the beef crust with the spaghetti, spread the sauce over it, add the mozzarella, and bake for 25 minutes, until the beef reaches 160 F and the egg is firm.
