- 6 potatoes
- 1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 large hard-boiled eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup fine dry breadcrumb
- 1/2 cup green onion

Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 to 12 minutes, until fork-tender, then drain them.
- Slice the potatoes and hard-boiled eggs.
- Layer the potatoes, eggs, green onion, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Top the mixture with breadcrumbs, paprika, and melted butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until hot and lightly browned.
