1 small onion
1 tsp dried thyme
2 cup frozen green peas
1 cup frozen shelled edamame
4 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper

Steps

Blend the cashews with 1 cup of the vegetable broth until smooth.
Heat the oil in a 4-quart pot over medium heat, then cook the onion and garlic for 4 minutes.
