8 oz bacon
2 tbsp butter
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups light cream
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 lb broccoli florets
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Steps

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, then crumble it.
