Chocolate Shake Mousse
Chocolate shake mix is whisked with dairy and water, folded with whipped cream, and chilled into a soft mousse.

Ingredients
- 1 cup or 1 part half and half
- 1 cup or 1 part heavy cream
- 1 cup or 1 part water
- 4 scoops or 1 part atkins chocolate shake mix
- 2 tsp or 1/24 part stevia extract or other sugar replacement
Steps
- Whip the heavy cream in a medium bowl until it forms soft peaks.
- Whisk the half-and-half, water, shake mix, and stevia in a second bowl until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until no white streaks remain.
- Spoon the mousse into four small bowls and chill for 45 minutes.
