- 2 tbsp salted natural peanut butter
- 1 1/2 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 cups dairy-free milk
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs for “chocolate chip” effect
- 1 tbsp flax or hemp seeds

Steps
- Add the banana, peanut butter, dates, cocoa powder, dairy-free milk, and flax or hemp seeds to a blender.
