Ingredients
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 five-grain flax folded flatout flatbread
- 1 pint low-fat ice cream or your favorite ice cream
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Steps
- Stir the sugar and cinnamon together in a shallow bowl.
- Brush the flatbreads with 2 tablespoons melted butter, cut each into four pieces, and coat both sides with cinnamon sugar.
- Melt the chocolate chips and remaining butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval.
- Place ice cream between two coated flatbread pieces to make four sandwiches.
- Dip one side of each sandwich in melted chocolate and freeze for 10 minutes before serving.
