Chocolate Cookie Pudding Cream

  • 3/4 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 tbsp instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 3/4 cups oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1 carton frozen whipped topping
  • 6 shortbread butter cookies
  • edible sugar pearls

Steps

  1. Whisk the milk, vanilla pudding mix, and chocolate pudding mix in a bowl for 2 minutes.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping and three-quarter cup cookie crumbs until smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon the pudding cream onto the six shortbread cookies.
  5. Top each portion with sugar pearls and the remaining cookie crumbs.
