Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking pan with oil.
Mix the chicken with garlic, coriander, cumin, cardamom, cayenne, paprika, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Spread the chicken in the pan and roast for 25 minutes, until it reaches 165 F.
Stir the Greek yogurt with crushed garlic, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
