Ingredients
- 6 cups cauliflower
- 8 hard boiled eggs roughly chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2/3 cup chopped dill pickles
- 8 oz bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp ground black pepper or to taste (optional)
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp season salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp onion salt
Steps
- Chop the cauliflower, celery, green onions, and dill pickles into bite-size pieces.
- Crumble the cooked bacon and roughly chop the hard-boiled eggs.
- Stir the mayonnaise, dried dill, celery seed, season salt, garlic salt, onion salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Fold the vegetables, eggs, and bacon into the dressing until evenly coated.
- Cover and chill the salad for 10 minutes before serving.
