Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and place the unbaked crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
- Whisk the sour cream, sugar, egg, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Fold in the blueberries, pour the custard into the crust, and bake at 400 F for 10 minutes.
- Mix the brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, butter, and pecans until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping over the pie, reduce the heat to 350 F, and bake for 25 minutes until the custard is firm.
- Cool the pie for 5 minutes before slicing.
