Ingredients
- 1 boxs farfalle pasta
- 1 lb bacon diced and cooked
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups red cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup orange or yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 2 avocados
- 1 3/4 cups ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the farfalle for 8 to 10 minutes until tender, then drain and cool.
- Combine the pasta, bacon, romaine, tomatoes, cheeses, and red onion in a large bowl.
- Fold in the ranch dressing and parsley.
- Gently fold in the avocado and chill the salad for 5 minutes.
