Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta (ziti or penne)
- 24 oz Pasta sauce
- 15 oz Cottage cheese or ricotta (ricotta)
- 6 oz Mozzarella
- 5 oz Spinach
- 1 oz Parmesan
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F. Boil the pasta 2 minutes short of done.
- Mix ricotta, chopped spinach, parmesan and seasoning.
- Toss the pasta with half the sauce, spread half in a dish, dot with ricotta, repeat.
- Top with mozzarella and bake covered 20 minutes, then uncovered 10.
