Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 hebrew national 97% fat free kosher hot dogs
- 6 tbsp cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Steps
- Mix flour, yogurt, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then knead for 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes.
- Divide the dough into six pieces, roll each piece around one hot dog and one tablespoon cheddar, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 400 F for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden and the hot dogs reach 165 F.
