Ingredients
- 3/4 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 4 scallions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 wonton wrappers
- oil
Steps
- Finely chop the shrimp, scallions, ginger, and garlic, then mix them with pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Place 1 tablespoon of filling in each wrapper, wet the edges with water, and fold them closed.
- Heat the air fryer to 375 F for 3 minutes and lightly oil the basket.
- Arrange the wontons in a single layer and spray or brush them lightly with oil.
- Air-fry each batch for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and the filling reaches 160 F.
