Ingredients

  • 4 Pita or naan
  • 8 oz Pasta sauce
  • 8 oz Mozzarella
  • 6 oz Mushrooms
  • 0.5 lb Bell peppers
  • 0.25 lb Onions

From the pantry: Dried spices (cumin, paprika, chili powder, oregano) (Italian seasoning).

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 450 F.
  2. Spread sauce on the naan and add mozzarella and vegetables.
  3. Bake on a sheet pan 8 to 10 minutes until bubbly.
