Ranch Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups medium cheddar cheese
  • 3 lb russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup chives (optional)

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking oil.
  2. Whisk the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, milk, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in the dish with the cheddar.
  4. Pour the ranch mixture over the potatoes and cover the dish with foil.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes, then uncover and bake for 20 minutes more.
  6. Rest for 5 minutes and sprinkle with chives before serving.
