Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp minced chives
- 2 tbsp 2% milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup crushed seasoned stuffing
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with the crescent dough triangles.
- Mix the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons melted butter, chives, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Fold the cooked chicken into the cream cheese mixture, then divide it among the dough triangles.
- Wrap the dough around the filling, place the bundles on the baking sheet, and brush them with the remaining melted butter.
- Check that the thickest part of the poultry reaches 165 F before serving.
- Sprinkle the crushed stuffing over the bundles and bake for 20 to 22 minutes, until golden and hot.
