Ingredients
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 large yellow sweet onion
- 1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 pinch sugar

Steps
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
