Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 clove peeled crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 carrots
- 3 chopped scallions
- 3 cups cabbage
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 12 egg roll wrappers
Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 F.
- Cook the pork in 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking it apart, until it reaches 160 F.
- Stir in the garlic, ginger, carrot, scallions, cabbage, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, then cook for 4 minutes.
- Cool the filling for 5 minutes, place it in the wrappers, and seal the edges with water.
- Brush the egg rolls with oil and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air-fry in batches for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and browned.
